Orders for in-stock items will be shipped the next business day from our Chehalis, WA warehouse. We ship ground unless requested to expedite shipping. For urgent deliveries, we offer one-day, two-day, three-day and Saturday delivery (additional charges do apply). All orders are FOB shipping point. Contact our sales office for large orders requiring LTL service.
Terms and Conditions
All prices are subject to change and do not reflect shipping charges. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All sales are final without warranty for custom-ordered items, weight, paperwork, manuals, DVDs and Inflatable Fulcrums. All other items have a 6 month warranty for replacement or repair, unless otherwise specified. To exercise your warranty, we will need to have a copy of your Pettibon or Pettibon authorized reseller’s invoice.
We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. The carrier is responsible for merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. For your protection, please follow these procedures:
- Carefully inspect each package for damage.
- Check shipment against carrier’s delivery receipt to make sure you received all packages listed.
- Have the driver note shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt.
- Immediately after delivery, open all packages and inspect for concealed damage. If you find damage, DO NOT discard the box/envelope or any contents of your package.
- Please contact Pettibon immediately at 1-800-766-4885 (In Canada call 877-273-6538). We will provide any assistance we can.
- You may need to complete a Return Form, if so download the Return Form [PDF], complete it and return it as instructed.
At Pettibon, we stand behind our products, as well as our service. Please examine your order carefully upon arrival. If you find an error was made, call 800-766-4885 immediately. Either use the form in your package to return an item or you can download this form and follow the directions: Return Form [PDF], complete it and return it as instructed. All shipping discrepancies and damaged package claims will be honored when communicated to Pettibon within 48 hours of receipt.
Pettibon will exchange or reimburse you for the cost of product purchased directly from us (freight not included) for qualifying items returned within 30 days. There will be an applied restocking fee of 15% after 30 days. Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items, weights, paperwork, DVD’s and educational materials (for which no returns are acceptable). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.
To assist us better in serving you, we require that all returns be prearranged by calling 800-766-4885, in Canada call 877-273-6538. If you have an issue or any questions about a product under warranty, please call us for further assistance.
To expedite your repair please complete the Instrument Repair Form [PDF] or Wobble Chair Repair Form [PDF] that applies and fax a copy to 800-738-4266 or in Canada fax 877-275-6540. You will need a copy of your invoice from Pettibon or an authorized reseller when submitting the form and product. Follow the directions on the form and we will repair your item and get it back to you as quickly as possible.
Pettibon Institute Terms and Conditions
Closing Date for Registration
Registration for all instructor-led courses closes 10 business days before the start date in order to adequately prepare all materials and equipment for each course. Course locations and dates are subject to change. If a course is cancelled, participants will receive notification 10 business days prior to the start date. You are welcome to call us at 800-766-4885 before making travel arrangements to confirm course dates and times.
Instructor-led Refund and Cancellation Policies
Payments are final. While refunds are not given, registrants who are unable to attend their scheduled courses can have their payments applied to a course for a future date up to one year.
Online Course Usage Requirements
You must accept our Terms of Service Agreement (TOS). The TOS grants a license to use an online course for up to 30 days. Under the terms and conditions of the TOS, usage is limited to one individual and this usage cannot be shared in any way with others. During the time period to complete the course, access is available 24 hours a day.
Online Course Refund and Cancellation Policies
Payments are final. The license to use an online course cannot be cancelled once a user is registered. For some extenuating circumstances e.g., serious illness, accident, loss of electricity and/or internet connection, the time period for completing the online course may be extended.
