Delivery Options- Special Delivery Instructions
- TPS offers the ability for customers to leave special delivery instructions upon checkout, including requesting signature required, or sending to secure hold location.
- If a customer elects to place the order with no special instructions, or ships to a non-secure location and package is stolen, TPS is not responsible for replacing the order.
- The customer is responsible for tracking and ensuring safe delivery of order.
Consumer Retail Orders – Free Shipping (excluding Canada)
Free shipping is offered for consumer orders and is subject to all of the following terms and conditions.
- Free shipping is applied on consumer orders, no online account is required.
- Free shipping is only valid to delivery destinations within USA.
- Free shipping rates are calculated by shipping delivery regions.
- Free shipping may be withdrawn or altered at anytime.
Consumer Retail Orders – Flat Rate Shipping for Canada
- All retail orders ship out of the USA.
- Canada retail orders are subject to a $40 flat rate ship fee.
- Customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees.
Professional Wholesale Accounts – Flat Rate Shipping
Flat rate shipping is offered for wholesale accounts only and is subject to all of the following terms and conditions.
- Flat rate shipping is applied on professional wholesale and wholesale reseller orders.
- Flat rate shipping is only valid to delivery destinations within USA.
- Flat rate shipping rates are calculated by shipping delivery regions.
- Flat rate shipping may be withdrawn or altered at anytime.
- Offer may exclude bulky items such as X-ray chairs and decompression tables.*
- TPS will do their due diligence to track packages and contact customers when we receive notification of attempted delivery. If the package is returned to TPS we will contact the customer, we can refund the customer for the product cost, or resend with an additional freight fee. If the address is inputted incorrectly at time of order and the shipment requires a change of address, TPS will contact the customer for a $20 address change fee.
Online orders must meet the above criteria in full to qualify for flat rate shipping*.
Delivery Time Frames
Online orders are processed within a day (Monday – Friday). We use a selection of courier services with delivery times of between 3 – 5 business days for metro areas and 3 – 10 business days after dispatch for regional areas. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only.
Your delivery cost will vary depending on the region of the delivery location of choice. Extremely large goods (i.e. items requiring a two man lift) may incur higher delivery rates.
