All purchases qualify for a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 6-month warranty.
If you are not satisfied with the quality or functionality of any of our products, fill out the return form below and send the item back to us using the instructions provided in your return confirmation email which you will receive upon return form completion. The item must be postmarked within 30 days to qualify for a full product refund, excluding ship costs. If you would like a return tag, please email a request to pettibonsystemorders@pettibonsystem.com, the return tag cost will be deducted from refund once item is received.
Returned products that are damaged are subject to a restocking fee.
If you have ordered a getting started kit, you must return entire kit to be eligible for a refund.

Our 6-month limited warranty states:
The products purchased through Pettibon will be free from defects in workmanship and material for 6 months from the date of original purchase. This warranty includes damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders, to qualify for a warranty replacement you must provide proof of date of original purchase.
If you believe your Pettibon product to be defective during the warranty period, please contact us at (360) 748-4207 or click here to contact us. A Pettibon representative will communicate with you to determine whether to authorize warranty replacement.
If authorized, Pettibon will exchange the product or faulty parts without charge. Pettibon will ship a replacement product or replacement parts to you, freight prepaid. You are responsible for securely packing the defective product or defective parts and returning it/them to Pettibon within ten (10) working days of receipt of the replacement. Pettibon requires a debit or credit card number to secure the cost of the replacement product in the event that you fail to return the defective one.
The item replaced becomes the property of Pettibon. Pettibon’s liability for the replacement of the covered product will not exceed the product’s original retail price. Exchanged products assume the remaining warranty period of your original product covered by this warranty.
This warranty covers only normal use. This warranty is not transferable. Pettibon is not responsible for warranty replacement should the Pettibon System label or logo be removed or should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, or service other than by Pettibon System.
