Our goal is to provide outstanding products and customer service. The Pettibon Team is here to answer any questions you may have. All products come with a 6-month warranty unless otherwise noted.
RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE FROM THE PETTIBON SYSTEM®
*If the equipment was not purchased directly through The Pettibon System, please contact your original supplier.
Damaged or incomplete shipments
- Fully inspect the order upon receipt.
- CALL US IMMEDIATELY if the shipment is damaged or missing items. All shipping errors or damaged equipment must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Anything damaged, missing or not delivered as ordered, that is reported within this time, will be replaced at no additional cost.
- If items arrived damaged please keep original boxes and packing materials for inspection by shipping carrier. The shipping carrier reserves the right to deny any
Returning undamaged or unwanted items
Items must be shipped to our Returns Department at:

- You will be reimbursed for the cost of the items returned. No shipping charges will be refunded.
- Items must be returned in original condition, original packaging, and within 6 months of original purchase date.
- Items that are opened, used, or not restockable will not receive a refund. In this event, you will be contacted.
- No credit will be given for normal wear and tear.
- Products under warranty must be free of obvious signs of abuse.
- Items will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned after 30 days of the original purchase date.
Replacing an item under warranty
- Keep a copy of the completed form for your records.
- A replacement will be sent at no cost, with a return shipping label included.
- Use the return shipping label & box the replacement is sent in to return the item.
- Your account will be credited upon receipt and inspection of item(s) at our warehouse.
- If the item(s) is/are not received within in 30 days a 15% restocking fee may apply. If you fail to return item(s) your account will be charged.
