The book is written in four parts:
- Part I – Conventional Chiropractic Colleges, political organizations and their graduates have an identity crisis of their own making.
- Part II – Explains that medical x-rays are taken to diagnose fractures and pathologies.
- Part III – Explains proper patient positioning for taking x-rays with marking and measuring procedures from origins.
- Part IV – Deals with the business of Chiropractic
