Weighting System

Our weighting system is designed to strengthen muscles and ligaments, correcting posture, and is easily customizable for your pain levels and specific conditions. Head weighting can be used to correct forward head posture, or tech neck; add a Cervical Posture Strap to aid in pulling the shoulders back into alignment. Talk to your doctor about starting our whole body weighting system to include shoulder, hip and head weighting. Steel weight bars are available in half, one, and two pound options, all work in conjunction with our harnesses.
