Dr Elmer has been a Pettibon Doctor since 2002. He specializes in Scoliosis and failed back Surgeries. He was an Instructor for the Pettibon system for 15 years. Dr Elmer is also a Board Certified, Functional Neurologist.
He is the 1st Pettibon Doctor to combine Functional Neurology and Structural Correction and taught other Pettibon Doctors how to combine the 2 as well. He has a firm believe that the Pettibon System when done as it was created to do will fix the Structure of the Spine.
